The K-70 camera has a compact SLR system with an environmentally sealed, weatherproof body. The camera houses a large optical viewfinder with scene mode for beginners. The full-articulated screen is very useful for focusing on moving objects accurately. The variable-angle functionality lets you capture the shots from any angle. The image stabilization feature and time-lapse recording features are amazing. The image quality is outstanding, and the built-in Wi-Fi enables easy sharing.
Cons
The live view mode is not very good and seems slow and clunky. There is no touchscreen option on the LCD monitor. The battery life is not the best. For an entry-level DSLR, the camera seems to be on the heavier side. Autofocus and metering systems need improvement.
